How Our Bodies Age (And What You Can Do About It)

Aging is the natural wear and tear of the body's component parts. It's inevitable, and endlessly intriguing. While many age-related changes cannot be prevented, a lifestyle that includes exercise and a well-balanced diet will slow or minimize many problems related to aging.


If you don't use it, then you lose it. The take home message here is to lift weights, run sprints, get a decent amount of sun for Vitamin D, get enough sleep/recovery, and eat naturally (avoid food with labels).

Skip the oatmeal and cereal and just eat a ton of vegetables for your fiber and carbohydrate needs. Eat fish oil in addition or instead of fish. Eat whole eggs, they will NOT give you a heart attack. However, it will improve brain function and increase muscle mass. Don't be afraid to skip meals or go for prolonged time periods without eating (Intermittent Fasting). It will not ruin your metabolism. It could help you lose fat, prevent cancer, and LIVE LONGER! The holy grail is in us all. Immortality? TAKE IT, ITS YOURS!!!
