MOUNTAIN BIKING!

Saturday
1 hour of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Training
1 hour and 30 minutes of tactical urban defense training

Mountain biking is so much fun! It is a good way to get a full body workout. Being outdoors is a great stress reliever, as is punching, kicking, and grappling (mixed martial arts plug). I highly recommend that you give it a try. It can be dangerous with falling or hitting a tree but AT LEAST you are not going to GET HIT BY A CAR. The bigger 29 inch wheels are a must for any real terrain. Go to a good local bike shop to get an idea of what will be the best bike for you. Avoid getting a cheap one from Wal-Mart. You could rent a mountain bike before investing in one. Check out craigslist. Like the evil slave-driving empire "NIKE" likes to say, JUST DO IT!
