Muay Thai kickboxing for 1 hour working on clinch with knees and evasive maneuvers
Gymnastics
Muscle Ups (kipping) for 5 sets of 1 rep
I tried to string them together into multiple repetitions per set but could not. I will get it together soon. I need to get the rings into my lower chest before I press up into a dip.
