Kettlebells and Burpees

Turkish Get Ups
3 x 5 (per hand) 53 lbs
Then 5 rounds of:
15 Burpees
10 KB snatch (per hand) with 53 lbs (20 total snatches per round)
Completed in 14:56
Reflection
Today was my first day back at CrossFit Inspire. This workout took a lot out of me. I was seeing stars afterwards.
