muay thai (kickboxing) training focusing on reacting to getting punches by following them with combo punches. Also did pushes with body then reacting with combos.
Diet
Breakfast:
4 eggs with guacamole and cheese, 5 strips bacon
Lunch:
Large Spinach Salad with grilled chicken breast, sundried tomatoes, bell peppers, little cheese, and vinaigrette
Snack:
All natural dark chocolate/hazelnut bar
Dinner:
Whole Foods meatballs, mushrooms, acorn squash, onions
