Heavy Bag and Lifting

Training
3 rounds on heavy bag working combo punches
- 2 min on and 1 min off
3 rounds of speed punches (1st: jab/cross, 2nd: hooks, 3rd: uppercuts)
- 30 sec on and 1 min off
Then
Alternated Sets
Back Squat for 5x3 with 185#
Parallel Bar Pull-Ups for 10,8,8,6,4 reps
Hanging knees to elbows (from straps) 3x20
Renegade Row for 8 push-ups followed by 2 rows each revolution (push-Ups, row right, row left, repeat)
Diet
Breakfast:
4 eggs with shredded cheese, guacamole and 5 strips of bacon
Snack:
2 bananas with organic peanut butter and jam
Lunch:
Spinach Salad with chicken, artichokes, mushrooms, and bell peppers with red wine vinaigrette
Dinner:
Texas bowl of chilli
