Today I finished the Level 1 Cert for CrossFit. I took the test and did the best I could. If I did not pass then I will have to take it again with an additional monetary charge... I hope that doesn't happen but it could be possible.

Station 1: American Kettlebell Swings (53 lbs)
Station 2: Chest to Deck Push-Ups
Station 3: 150 meter run

Lara Bar (all natural)
Lunch:
Steak Mixed Green Salad and tomatoes with Olive Oil
Dinner:
Steak, onions, mushrooms, a little cheese, 2 glasses of organic milk
