Lunch:
Large Salad with southwestern turkey/chicken breast, broccoli, mushroom, artichoke, tomato, cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner:
6 oz of steak and onions

Kettlebell Snatch (50 lbs) for 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 doing each for both arms for a total of 110 snatches in about 9 min
Ring Dips for 5x10
Ring Pull-Ups for 8, 8, 4 reps
