Kettlebell bottoms down One Arm Press (50#) grabbing bottom of ball with palm for 2,3,5,5 reps per hand
Gymnast/Girevoy
3 Rounds (rest as needed between rounds)
Lever Push-Ups on Parallette for 10
One Arm Double Kettlebell Row (100#) for 5 per arm
Bridge Ups for 10
One Arm Kettlebell squat snatch (50#) for 5 per arm
